The intention was to create a modern-day interpretation of a cave painting, depicting animals and people of all shapes and sizes gathered in harmony around a fire. The world diversity is within the fire because it implies that this concept is the center of life. Intricate photo manipulation and digital painting techniques help reinforce the concept that diversity has existed for as long as time. By having the torch illuminate the work, it's ambiguous enough that you don’t know when this is being discovered, another nod to the longevity of diversity and the impact it can leave on the world.
